About usinterior-workshop-4Kieran D’arcy and Denise Franklin are picture framers with a wide range of experience and expertise. Kieran owned a gallery and bespoke framing business in Tenterden Kent for 20 years.

Denise trained as a painter and then started to frame her own work, gaining experience by working for several London framers. She maintains a studio and exhibits regularly.kieran1

They set up the workshop at Fairlight Place Farm in 2001. The quiet relaxed venue is perfect for clients to visit and discuss the range of services available. Carbon is a bespoke picture framing service which has an intentional emphasis on hand finishing bare wood mouldings.

our experience has taught us that a bespoke hand finished moulding and attention to all aspects of conservation is what most of our clients are looking for
